As a coach, I am responsible for the process and for applying appropriate coaching methods. In doing so, I take a resource-based, solution-focused and future-oriented approach. My work is based on a systemic-constructivist approach. This means that clients are recognised in their various roles and that their social reality is taken into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find further information about the methods I use <a href=\"https:\/\/bruhn-coaching.de\/gb\/coaching\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find out more about my qualifications <a href=\"https:\/\/bruhn-coaching.de\/gb\/qualifikationen\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feedback on coaching for an institution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eBetween February 2020 and January 2021, Ms Bruhn has contributed a lot in successfully resolving a conflict in my department. She succeeded in working out the key issues through individual discussions with the team members and managers. In the subsequent team coaching sessions, she provided the essential questions so that we could discuss solutions in a goal-oriented way. The solutions found have been bearing for a good nine months now. The motivation is high and there is a very cooperative atmosphere between team and leadership. The coaching sessions were an insightful process.
