Über mich

About me

At the end of my childhood in Eastern Germany, the Berlin Wall fell. The whole world opened up to me, into which I stepped out as a young adult. I studied and worked for six years in nine different countries where I met people with very diverse backgrounds. During a challenging time, I qualified as a Life Coach to develop and strengthen myself. In the process, I discovered my enthusiasm for supporting people, teams and institutions and since then I have been working as a coach, trainer and facilitator. My favourite place to work is in nature, which has a positive effect on the process. My adopted home is the climatic health resort of Schömberg in the Black Forest.

It fulfils me to experience how people activate their resources and unfold their full potential. I would be happy to accompany you on your way!
